Shipping & Returns

You should receive an email confirmation of your order shortly after placing it.  This is not a shipping confirmation. Orders will be packaged and set out to be picked up by the shipping company within 2-5 business days of the order confirmation. You will then receive an email with the tracking number when the package is ready to be shipped.
We ship via FedEx ground only. Transit times vary by location with most locations taking approximately 2-4 business days. If you need a package by a certain date, please note that date in the "Special Notes" at check out and we will do our best to make sure that is met. There may be extra charges for additional rush shipping. We will call you if more payment is necessary.

Logan Coach is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We are happy to offer returns or exchanges for any reason. Should you want to return your order for a refund, you may do so within 14 days from the time your order ships. Exchanges for product will be offered for up to 30 days from the time of shipment. We will bill you for the new merchandise and ship it, and then refund your credit card for the returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. All exchanges will be processed as standard shipping unless otherwise discussed.
